Do you need to cover a tipper truck? A range of possibilities is available!

1. Standard system with aluminium board and detachable handle with manual winding

700 g/m², 9/9 PVC fabric
Assembly with ultra-resistant high-frequency welding.
Colour: central part in white (for interior brightness). Edges in the same colour as the tipper.
With reinforcement strip under frame bars and in corners.
With tensioning straps.
With reinforced pockets for aluminium tubes.
Possibility of manufacturing the aluminium board (120x30/3 mm) + removable handle and round intermediary tubes.
Possibility of providing and placing buckles on the bodywork.

We can also manufacture made-to-measure frames to support the tarpaulin.

2. Tarpaulin on sliding frame with cables with manual or electric closing system

With this system, cover and uncover tippers in less than 20 seconds! You also benefit from improved security and easier operation, since you no longer need to climb onto your tipper to unroll/roll-up the tarpaulin. Available in manual or electric with remote control, this type of tipper cover remains a popular choice with industry professionals.

Suitable for tippers from 4 to 12 m long
The back-end of your tipper can be covered with an automatic electric flap or Rollplanner system.
